National Construction College East London has been established as part of the National Skills
Academy for Construction programme and is a partnership between ConstructionSkills, the Learning and Skills Council (LSC), the London Development Agency (LDA), the five Host Boroughs for the Olympics (Greenwich, Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest), employers, clients and training providers to deliver work-based learning.
